Our Value Line (Granite From $29/ft sq)
Many companies will let you in on the fact that edging, stone color, and type, as well as efficient use of slabs are the only determinant that can affect price. In many instances it is a neglected fact that all variable kept the same, seam placement can also dramatically affect price to the tune of more than 40%. Therefore we differentiate our product through our Efficiently fabricated counter line better known as our "Value Line" begining at $29/ft sq and or Custom Line which is in line with market rates.
How can Prices be so low?
3 primary factors relating to our "Efficient Line" can create savings of over 40%. Having seams at transitions, placing seams over large spans of counter, and customers being slightly flexible with bartop and backsplash widths can allow for 40% savings over a custom produced counter being designed to exact specifications. Basically, direct importing and prefabrication of predetermined dimensions of stone can allow for Operational Cost savings reflected in price.
